We are seeking a highly analytical Treasury Business Systems Analyst to support critical liquidity management, forecasting, regulatory reporting, and modernization initiatives. This role will partner with Treasury, Finance, Risk, Product, and Technology teams to translate complex business processes, data flows, and system functionality into clear requirements that drive technology delivery and strategic decisions.

They possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enjoy working with large and complex data sets, and can break down sophisticated business concepts into well-defined business requirements, user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and technical requirements. Serving as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, this individual will investigate and analyze business challenges, support solution design, and ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives while meeting quality, scalability, and operational efficiency goals.

    The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong collaboration, analytical rigor, and liquidity domain expertise, with the ability to manage complex dependencies across multiple platforms and drive alignment, automation, and process improvement.

    What you have

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
    • 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role supporting technology initiatives.
    • Liquidity, Capital Markets, or Treasury discipline knowledge is strongly preferred
    • Strong SQL and data analysis experience with the ability to design, query, analyze, validate, and reconcile large and complex data sets while supporting data architecture and business process solutions.
    • Ability to understand technical issues and possess strong problem solving skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to evaluate business value, analyze tradeoffs, and help prioritize features, enhancements, defects, and technical work to support strategic business objectives.
    • Outstanding performer, persistent and pro-active, detailed oriented, and driven to exceed expectations
    • Exceptional / pragmatic business judgment combined with strong communication and relationship skills
    • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in fast-paced environments
    • Ability to balance multiple, changing priorities.
    • Competent in Agile values, principles, and tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc)

    In addition to the salary range, this position is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities
