As Business Office Manager, you will lead the campus business office and a team that helps students understand and manage their accounts. You will bring accuracy, care, and sound judgment to collections, financial transactions, purchasing, and inventory while keeping operations compliant and responsive. This is an opportunity to make the student experience easier, develop your team, and strengthen the day-to-day operations that support our campus community.

Qualifications
What You'll Bring
Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED.
Minimum three (3) years of experience in a business office environment.
Preferred Background
Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
At least three years of online higher education experience in a business office setting.
Broad knowledge of accounts receivable, collections, inventory management, financial reporting, or proprietary education.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of and ability to apply generally accepted accounting principles and procedures (GAAP); ability to analyze accounts and financial data and recommend solutions.
Professional communication, active listening, constructive conflict resolution, negotiation, and relationship-building skills across departments.
Intermediate presentation and training facilitation skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office, educational and administrative technology, and enterprise software such as SharePoint.
Ability to apply relevant business, education, and healthcare information; evaluate complex problems, use sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and meet simultaneous deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
