Your Opportunity

The Business Accommodation Team (BAT) supports the unique and complex needs of affluent and high-net-worth clients by delivering customized solutions that help retain and grow client assets while effectively managing firm risk.

Reporting to the Director of the Complex Account Team, this individual contributor role will partner across business and technology teams to drive strategic initiatives that enhance the client experience, improve operational scalability, and support the evolution of the BAT operating model. This position is ideal for a highly analytical and client-focused professional who excels at leading cross-functional initiatives, influencing stakeholders, and delivering business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive execution of Negotiated Offers and NextGen BAT initiatives that enhance client experience, improve scalability, and support business growth.
  • Partner with product owners and business leaders to develop pricing exception frameworks and supporting business processes.
  • Collaborate with business and technology teams to ensure initiatives are aligned to strategic objectives, timelines, requirements, and delivery expectations.
  • Utilize AI capabilities and data-driven insights to identify opportunities, improve efficiency, and support business decision-making.
  • Analyze program dependencies, pricing considerations, risks, and business impacts to support prioritization and execution planning.
  • Identify, monitor, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies that could affect project scope, timelines, or outcomes.
  • Develop executive-ready communications, dashboards, and reporting to provide visibility into initiative status, risks, and business impact.
  • Serve as a trusted partner and advocate for business needs across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Strong project management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Remedy, or similar collaboration and workflow tools.
  • Knowledge of change management practices, technology governance, and software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
  • Ability to successfully lead and influence cross-functional initiatives in a complex business environment.
  • Strong client-centric mindset aligned to delivering exceptional service and business outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize data, build business cases, and present recommendations to leadership.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with business systems analysis, requirements gathering, and software documentation.
  • Strong knowledge of financial services products, platforms, and client servicing models.
  • Experience leveraging data and AI-enabled insights to drive process improvements and decision-making.
  • Background supporting business transformation, operational efficiency, or strategic growth initiatives.
