Manager, Brand Content & Video Optimization
The Manager, Brand Content & Video Optimization supports and executes KPMG's brand content strategy, helping connect brand awareness initiatives with functional, industry, buyer, and demand generation campaigns. This role requires strong content execution, creative judgment, video fluency, and hands-on delivery to bring high-impact content programs to life across written, video, social, digital, and other channels.
Key Responsibilities
Execute content-driven marketing campaigns that bring existing campaign strategies to life across written, video, social, digital, and other content channels.
Support campaign content journeys that bridge brand-level storytelling with campaign-specific content, ensuring clear flow and relevance across audience touchpoints and digital destinations.
Manage content development workflows, editorial calendars, project timelines, cross-functional coordination, and multi-channel distribution activities.
Recommend how content should be optimized and adapted across channels to enhance effectiveness for functional, industry, and buyer teams.
Own or support video content activation, including YouTube channel optimization, video metadata, titles, descriptions, thumbnails, playlists, audience engagement, and performance-informed recommendations.
Work with existing written and video assets to originate, refine, package, and distribute content that supports campaign objectives and audience engagement.
Partner closely with Brand Content leadership, creative teams, campaign teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality content on time and aligned to business priorities.
Serve as a hands-on content producer and campaign execution partner, balancing practical strategy support with strong project management and creative execution.
Provide creative input and constructive feedback to elevate content quality, strengthen storytelling, and support high-visibility campaigns with strong creative standards.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in content marketing, brand marketing, integrated marketing, communications, or digital content, preferably within professional services, B2B, or complex enterprise environments.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred. Minimum of a high school diploma or GED required.
Experience executing multi-channel content marketing campaigns from planning through launch, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Ability to understand campaign strategy and translate existing objectives into compelling content plans, assets, and channel recommendations.
Hands-on experience with video content development, video strategy support, YouTube best practices, YouTube channel management, content optimization, and video performance metrics strongly preferred.
Strong creative eye with experience guiding creative projects, providing actionable feedback, and helping elevate creative quality across campaigns.
Exceptional project management skills, including experience coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving programs to completion on time and on budget.
Understanding of content marketing best practices across channels including digital, social, video, experiential, and email, with experience optimizing content for different audience touchpoints.
Experience using analytics, audience insights, and performance measurement to inform content recommendations and improve engagement.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across stakeholder groups and influence creative outcomes.
Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, pilot new approaches, and scale successful content practices.
Experience in professional services, management consulting, B2B marketing, or similarly complex enterprise environments preferred.
