Responsibilities:- Support the General Manager in daily operations and overall business performance
- Supervise, coach, and motivate team members to ensure high productivity and morale
- Assist in scheduling, staffing, and workforce management
- Monitor and maintain quality standards, policies, and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a professional manner
- Assist with inventory management, reporting, and operational tasks
- Step in to lead the team in the absence of the General Manager
Requirements:- Previous supervisory or management experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and highly organized
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Must be located in or able to commute to Addison, TX
