Elitek Vehicle Services is seeking an Auto Data Labels (ADL) Sales Manager to drive commercial growth, customer adoption, and revenue for Elitek's ADL platform. This individual-contributor role will develop strategic relationships across the insurance, multi-shop operator (MSO), and collision-repair markets while supporting the positioning, pricing, and launch of ADL solutions.

The role will partner cross-functionally with field sales, operations, product, and marketing teams to demonstrate ADL capabilities and deliver digital solutions that support vehicle calibration and repair planning.

Compensation:

Salary - $90,000 - $115,000 based on experince (plus bonus)

Essential Job Duties

  • Actively participate and manage new customer acquisitions and current account retention, including customer sales, quoting and resolving customer service issues.
  • Develop and implement marketing/sales plans and monitor results.
  • Manage all information needed to prepare proposals and/or agreements related to product sales.
  • Manage inside sales personnel and assist with customer service and product issues.
  • Maintain relationships with key vendors to establish higher buying levels and to reinforce company commitment to increasing market share, leading to additional support from these vendors.
  • Drive ADL revenue and customer adoption by identifying new business opportunities and expanding strategic relationships with insurance carriers, MSOs, collision-repair organizations, and other industry partners.
  • Support ADL product positioning, pricing, promotional campaigns, and product launches in partnership with product, marketing, operations, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Serve as the subject-matter resource for the ADL platform by conducting customer and field-sales demonstrations, communicating its value proposition, and supporting digital solutions related to calibration and repair planning.
  • Manage and support the continual improvement of our company's quality improvement system.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • This position currently has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

Minimum Requirements

Work Schedule

  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Hybrid schedule: Tuesday through Thursday onsite; Monday and Friday remote.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience with sales and management

Preferred Requirements

  • Prior automotive experience and knowledge of automotive parts.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and to draw and interpret graphs.
  • Frequent use of Outlook, Word, Excel, graphics, etc. Ability to create, maintain and incorporate functions into Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, databases, and Powerpoint presentations to support business objectives.
  • Frequently communicates complex information across departments and interacts with management. Can present, resolve and address delicate situations. Can motivate and persuade others.

Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, as well as to an office environment.
  • Should be able to tolerate high and low temperature levels and might be exposed to occasional inclement driving conditions.
  • The noise level in some work environments could be moderately loud.
  • Travel may be required periodically, including overnight stays (contingent on position requirements).
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
