    • Drive consistency and continuous improvement across support, training, implementation, and integration processes.

    Application Engineering and Sales Support

    • Oversee pre-sales application engineering, including customer discovery, technical presentations, demonstrations, feasibility studies, and proof-of-concept activities.

    • Work with Sales to qualify technical requirements, identify risks, and communicate the business value and practical limitations of proposed solutions.

    • Guide solution recommendations for sheet metal workflows, including CAD/CAM programming, nesting, cutting, punching, bending, automation, and production optimization, as applicable to the portfolio.

    • Coordinate complex customer evaluations, implementation planning, and technical handoffs with delivery and support teams.

    • Establish repeatable demonstration practices, technical enablement materials, training, documentation, and quality standards for application engineering.

    Integration, Product, and Process Improvement

    • Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Quality Assurance to communicate customer requirements, review software releases, provide product feedback, and identify improvement opportunities.

    • Gather and communicate customer feedback to improve products, services, and the overall customer experience.

    • Develop, maintain, and improve departmental procedures, technical documentation, team metrics, and best practices.

    • Collaborate with internal teams, managers, global partners, distributors, and customers to achieve successful outcomes.

    • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
