The Manager of Application Administration is responsible for software design, development, maintenance, and overall architecture of the institutional business systems. This position creates the vision and defines the direction required to ensure administrative systems continue to meet the growing needs of the College. The Manager of Application Administration is responsible for research and development of new technologies that will support College's strategic initiatives.
The potential minimum compensation for this position begins at $100,000.00 and is commensurate with education and experience.

Principal Accountabilities
Create vision and define direction for the strategic approach to business systems in order to meet the needs of students, faculty, and staff
Responsible for research and development of new technologies that will support the College's strategic initiatives
Manage Information Technology projects that have campus-wide impact including all aspects of the project management lifecycle
Establish test and implementation plans in accordance with established standards and coordinates all phases of testing from unit testing to end-user acceptance testing
Analyze test results setting direction if errors are detected
Design and implement automated testing
Revise or direct the revision of existing applications or programs to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements
Ensure systems are in place for the documentation of applications or programs and subsequent revisions
Develop policy for applications or programing standards, data integrity, user reports and software revisions
Prepare comprehensive project plans, budget, and project status reports for management
Assign, coordinate, and review work of Application Administration department personnel
Other duties as assigned
