Manager Accounts Payable Analyst

Title: Manager, Accounts Payable Analyst
Location: Dallas, Texas 75202
Work Type: 5-days onsite (with flexibility over time to work hybrid)
Duration: 6 months (Contract-to-hire)
Pay: $50-$54/hr

Skills/Experience required:

• Strong background in Accounts Payable and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• 5+ years of progressive accounts payable, procure-to-pay, or accounting operations experience.
• 1–2 years of hands-on 1099 experience, including familiarity with W-9 documentation and vendor tax classifications.
• Prior experience managing or leading a team, or providing functional/lead-level guidance across contractors and outsourced resources.
• Solid foundational accounting knowledge (e.g., debits/credits).
• Proficiency in Excel, including budgeting and forecasting; advanced Excel and reporting capabilities preferred.
• Experience administering or supporting ERP/financial systems (NetSuite preferred).
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growing environment.
