We are seeking a Accounting Manager for our global corporate accounting team, reporting to the Assistant Controller. This full-time role oversees the consolidated monthly close process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with U.S. GAAP. The manager supervises six accounting professionals, leads process improvement initiatives—including automation and AI adoption—to enhance efficiency and data quality, and supports audit readiness. Key responsibilities include managing G/L close, reviewing journal entries, optimizing system utilization, and implementing continuous improvement efforts. Requirements include a Bachelor's in Accounting, 7+ years of experience, CPA/CMA/MBA preferred, with strong technical skills, leadership, and an interest in automation. Industry experience in manufacturing or distribution is a plus. The role demands excellent communication, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Occasional travel may be required.
