This isn't your typical entry-level position. It's a structured, hands-on development program designed to prepare future business leaders to manage their own multimillion-dollar profit centers.
The long-term opportunity? Successful profit center managers can earn $200,000+ annually as they advance in their careers. This is a potential 5–10-year career outcome for strong performers, not an immediate earnings expectation or guarantee.
Over approximately 18–24 months, you'll gain hands-on experience in all aspects of running a successful business, including:
Sales, business development, and customer relationship management
Warehouse operations, inventory, and purchasing
Financial management, budgeting, and profitability
Operations, logistics, and project coordination
Team leadership and business strategy
You'll receive structured training, mentorship, and real-world experience designed to prepare you for future profit center leadership.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in sales and leadership
Willingness to learn the business from the ground up, including warehouse operations
Ability and willingness to relocate after the first year
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship
Previous sales, customer service, or leadership experience is a plus, but no renewable energy industry experience is necessary.
