Physical Demands: The work is primarily sedentary. Duties require extensive use of computers, participation in meetings, and preparation of written materials. Occasional travel may be required.
Major Duties:
- Develops information governance procedures, records management practices, document control processes, and metadata standards to ensure information resources are maintained, secured, and accessible in accordance with applicable requirements.
- Conducts workflow analyses, organizational assessments, and business process reviews and develops recommendations to improve efficiency, effectiveness, internal controls, communication, and customer service.
- Leads or participates in special projects involving strategic planning, quality improvement, organizational effectiveness, risk management, and administrative operations.
- Designs and develops site architecture, navigation structures, workflows, content layouts, and user interaction features for web-based applications and information management systems.
- Provides administrative and program management support to Center leadership.
