Compensation: $35,000–$50,000 annual earning potential, including hourly pay, commission, and bonuses
Schedule: Part-time to start, with the opportunity to transition into full-time
Availability: Evening and weekend availability required
About the Position
The NOW Massage in Downtown Naperville is seeking a motivated, service-oriented Management in Training candidate interested in developing leadership skills and building a career in wellness and spa management.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, creating exceptional guest experiences, supporting team members, and learning the operational side of a business. The successful candidate will receive hands-on training and opportunities to develop the skills needed for increased management responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Support daily studio operations and maintain a professional, welcoming environment.
- Deliver excellent guest service and help ensure a positive guest experience.
- Assist with team leadership, staff development, and employee engagement.
- Support scheduling, sales initiatives, and studio performance goals.
- Assist with administrative tasks and operational procedures.
- Maintain studio standards, cleanliness, and organization.
- Learn management processes and prepare for future leadership responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
