The work we do for our clients requires a combination of effective leadership, strategy and delivery expertise so we look to hire and develop consultants who want to grow by helping our clients tackle their most critical challenges, often by working as an integral part of our clients' leadership teams.
There’s a strong focus on personal and professional development with a Partner to Consultant ratio of 1:4. We don’t do hierarchy so there are just two levels, Partner and Consultant which fosters a unique collaborative culture across the whole firm.
We are a relationship-based business. Therefore, our consultants can expect to spend time on site with our clients and colleagues and actively contribute to our community. They should also be willing to work flexibly to meet the needs of our clients which may involve some travel. However, we do not anticipate our consultants working away from home consistently for long periods.
