    The Building People, LLC, has a position open for a Management Analyst with an active Secret Clearance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Analyze business processes and organizational workflows.
    • Develop reports, briefings, fact sheets, and communications products.
    • Support risk management and requirements traceability.
    • Facilitate stakeholder meetings.
    • Support portfolio optimization studies.
    • Assist with change management initiatives.
    • Develop recommendations and implementation plans.

     

    Required Qualifications:

    • Active Secret Clearance.
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or related field.
    • Minimum 7 years of management analysis experience.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • MBA or MPA.
    • PMP Certification.
    • Certified Management Consultant (CMC).
