The City of Santa Clara is recruiting for several vacant positions Citywide.
Community Development Department - 1 position
The Management Analyst (Technology Project Manager) will serve as the department's strategic technology lead, driving innovation, operational improvement, and digital service delivery across Community Development. This position manages major enterprise systems such as Accela Civic Platform, oversees internal process improvement initiatives, leads technology-focused policy initiatives, oversees customer-facing tools and communications in partnership with internal teams, and acts as the primary liaison to IT and other departments for technology implementation. This position receives direction from Assistant Director, and supervises Business Analysts specializing in Accela Operations, and Enterprise Knowledge.
The role requires a unique blend of systems thinking, project management, user-centered design, and policy insight to shape the tools and workflows used by planners, permit technicians, inspectors, plan checkers, and external customers.

Budget Position
The Budget Division produces the City's biennial operating and capital budgets, develops long-term financial projections, analyzes and reports on the budget performance during the year, and works collaboratively with departments on any necessary budget analyses and amendments.

Human Resources Department - 4 positions
The Human Resources Department for the City of Santa Clara is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources professionals with a specialized focus in recruitment and health and safety. This position will serve as a strategic business partner to departments across the City, supporting a variety of Human Resources programs.
The ideal candidate will bring strong research and analytical skills, a data-informed approach to decision-making, and the ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and administrative policies. These positions requires strong research skills, analytical thinking, the ability to interpret data and make recommendations, and ability to formulate administrative policies and procedures.

The annual salary range for this position is $129,774.00 - $167,957.04. This position will be filled at or near the minimum of the salary range.

Minimum Qualifications
Education
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelors degree in Public Administration, Business Administration or closely related field. A Masters degree in Public or Business Administration or closely related field is desirable.
Experience
One (1) year of experience performing analytical work.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES
Possession of an appropriate, valid California Class C drivers license is required at time of appointment and for duration of employment.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to perform all of the essential functions of the job assignment.
