Management Analyst

This person will be responsible for conducting complex analysis, researching and interpreting information, tracking program activities and deliverables, maintaining records and databases, preparing reports and correspondence, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. At least one year of experience in administrative, operational, management, financial, or analytical work involving complex issues.

Johnson Service Group is looking for a Management Analyst for our client in San Jose. This person will be responsible for conducting complex analysis, researching and interpreting information, tracking program activities and deliverables, maintaining records and databases, preparing reports and correspondence, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Provide analytical, technical, and administrative support to the CRS Program.
• Review invoices and track consultant and grantee deliverables.
• Research, collect, analyze, and summarize information and data.
• Maintain and update records, databases, and tracking systems.
• Identify discrepancies and assist with resolving issues and inquiries.
• Prepare and proofread reports, memos, correspondence, and other program materials.
• Coordinate meetings and steering committee activities, including agendas, meeting materials, notes, and follow-up items.
• Support public outreach activities and assist with maintaining program website content.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to support program goals and activities.
• Assist with improving existing processes, procedures, and systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
• At least one year of experience in administrative, operational, management, financial, or analytical work involving complex issues.
• Valid CA drivers license 
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, flexible, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Docs.
• Experience interpreting policies, procedures, regulations, and technical information is preferred.

Part-time 1 year contract 
$45.80 Level I (1 year experience) 
$50.55 Level II (3 years experience)
