Salary Range: $73,160 - $90,000
Provide administrative and operations support to PMA-228 test team.
Essential Job Functions:
Including but not limited to:
- General office management
- Calendar management
- Office material procurement
- Rosters
- Visit requests
- Travel management
- Facilities
- Property management.
- Works directly with management and staff to determine required actions to support the broad-based mission of the test team and actively communicates results both verbally and in writing.
- Liaison within the test team and with external activities/government agencies to convey tasking and provide information required to initiate and complete support actions.
- Provides analytical and coordinating support to management. Implements overall business management approaches reviews and evaluates the need for process improvements and problem solving.
Required Skills:
Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
