    Location: Fort Detrick, MD

    Position Summary

    Charles F. Day & Associates, LLC (CFDay) is seeking a qualified Mid-Level Management Analyst to support an anticipated U.S. Army contract providing Materiel Fielding and Medical Liaison Support Services. The Management Analyst will provide analytical, administrative, and program management support to assist Government leadership with planning, reporting, coordination, and execution of program activities.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Collect, analyze, and organize program data to support management decisions.
    • Prepare reports, briefings, correspondence, and other program documentation.
    • Track action items, milestones, and deliverables.
    • Coordinate meetings and assist with agenda development and meeting minutes.
    • Monitor program schedules and identify potential issues requiring management attention.
    • Support development and maintenance of standard operating procedures and other program documentation.
    • Coordinate with Government personnel and contractor staff to support daily operations.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
    • Experience providing analytical or program management support to a Federal Government or Department of Defense organization.
    • Experience preparing reports, briefings, or management documentation.
    • Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience supporting the U.S. Army.
    • Experience supporting logistics, acquisition, or medical materiel programs.
    • Active Secret security clearance.
