Position Title: Management Analyst III
Location: New Castle, DE 19720
Duration: 1 Year
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri, First Shift, 37.5 hrs/week
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Grant Data Cleaning and Quality Control.
- Data entry into DSAMH and Federal systems.
- Federal Grant Data monitoring and reporting to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide Grant Data collection, submission, technical assistance and training to DSAMH provider network who are participating in federal grants.
- Provide grant data QC and reports and attend provider check-ins as needed.

Education:- High school diploma and 2 years of work experience
Skills or Experience- Experience in training others.
- Strong Excel Skills, Graphing and Pivot Tables. Ability to QC data gathered and develop solutions or alternative methods of proceeding.
- Experience with analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of operations in meeting established goals and objectives.
- Ability to make recommendations for and assist in the implementation of new techniques or procedures to improve methods of operations, strengthen controls, and effectively utilize resources and throughout grant changeover periods.
