Job Summary: Join our team as a Systems Analyst supporting a statewide Learning Management System (LMS). In this role, youll help ensure efficient system operations, accurate reporting, and compliance with training requirements across the organization.
Job Duties:
LMS Administration & System Improvement
Manage and enhance the agencys LMS to support training and compliance needs.
Maintain system standards, including course structure, naming conventions, and user access.
Develop and update procedures, documentation, and internal controls.
Analyze system changes and recommend effective solutions.
Compliance & Reporting
Produce and validate reports to support leadership, program areas, and external partners.
Monitor system performance to ensure compliance with policies and requirements.
Identify and resolve data integrity issues to maintain reliable records.
Technical Support & Leadership
Serve as the primary LMS point of contact for internal teams and external partners.
Troubleshoot complex system issues and support users statewide.
Lead or assist with system upgrades, enhancements, and process improvements.
Provide guidance and training on LMS functionality and compliance processes.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into system solutions.
Track and resolve system issues in a timely manner.
Ensure accurate maintenance of training records for staff and providers.
