Job Summary: Join our team as a Systems Analyst supporting a statewide Learning Management System (LMS). In this role, youll help ensure efficient system operations, accurate reporting, and compliance with training requirements across the organization.

Job Duties:

• LMS Administration & System Improvement

• Manage and enhance the agencys LMS to support training and compliance needs.

• Maintain system standards, including course structure, naming conventions, and user access.

• Develop and update procedures, documentation, and internal controls.

• Analyze system changes and recommend effective solutions.

• Compliance & Reporting

• Produce and validate reports to support leadership, program areas, and external partners.

• Monitor system performance to ensure compliance with policies and requirements.

• Identify and resolve data integrity issues to maintain reliable records.

• Technical Support & Leadership

• Serve as the primary LMS point of contact for internal teams and external partners.

• Troubleshoot complex system issues and support users statewide.

• Lead or assist with system upgrades, enhancements, and process improvements.

• Provide guidance and training on LMS functionality and compliance processes.

• Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into system solutions.

• Track and resolve system issues in a timely manner.

• Ensure accurate maintenance of training records for staff and providers.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs):

Knowledge of:

• Training-related technologies including learning management systems.
• Database development and maintenance.
• Planning and organizing.
• Computer word processing, databases and spreadsheets.
• Writing (related to grammar, punctuation, spelling, proper syntax, proper sentence structure, etc.).
• Learning Management Systems.
• Organization and tracking systems.
• Customer service principles.

• Conceptualizing, designing, planning, developing, and auditing employee training systems and programs.

Pre-Employment Requirements:

• One year of management analysis experience; OR three years of experience in learning management systems and/or database applications.
• A Bachelors or Masters degree in learning management systems and/or database applications will substitute for one or two years of the required experience respectively, but will not substitute for the management analysis experience.
• The ability to secure and maintain clearance from the DCS Central Registry.

This position requires driving or the use of a vehicle as an essential function of the job to conduct State business, and the following requirements apply:

• Drivers License Requirements.
