The Management Accountant will support the full accounting cycle, including financial reporting, budgeting, month-end close, and balance sheet reconciliations while partnering closely with cross-functional teams. With operations spanning nearly 100 countries, the company offers a collaborative and mission-driven environment focused on innovation, safety, and operational excellence.DescriptionPrepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reporting packs.Support budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting processes to align financial performance with business objectives.Manage month-end close activities, including balance sheet reconciliations and financial analysis.Monitor credit and collections processes, including aged receivables, dispute resolution, and cash flow support.Support purchase-to-pay operations by reviewing supplier invoices, reconciliations, and escalated payment issues.Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and statutory reporting requirements.Partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiencies.Assist with audits, tax compliance, and ad hoc financial analysis to support business initiatives.ProfileA successful Management Accountant should have:A solid foundation in accounting principles and financial reporting.Proficiency in accounting software and tools, with strong Excel skills.Ability to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights.Excellent organizational and communication skills.
