The Opportunity

As a Managed Services - Data, Analytics & AI - Associate, you will leverage data to drive insights and make informed business decisions, utilizing advanced analytics techniques to help clients optimize their operations and achieve strategic goals. Within our Data, Analytics & AI Managed Services practice, you will focus on providing strategic insights and driving informed decision-making for clients, developing and implementing innovative solutions to enhance business performance and competitive advantage.

As an Associate, you will be driven by curiosity and contribute reliably to client engagements and projects. You will adapt to working with diverse clients and team members, each presenting unique challenges and scope. Responsibilities

• Leveraging data analytics to provide strategic insights and drive informed decision-making for clients
• Developing and implementing innovative solutions to optimize business performance and enhance competitive advantage
• Utilizing business intelligence tools such as Oracle Business Intelligence and QlikView to create comprehensive reports and dashboards
• Engaging in data analysis and interpretation to support client operations and strategic goals
• Collaborating with team members to gather and analyze data from various sources, identifying patterns and trends
• Applying a learning mindset to continuously develop technical skills and knowledge in data and analytics
• Building and maintaining data pipelines to validate efficient data collection and processing
• Supporting the development of data architecture to enhance data quality and accessibility
• Participating in stakeholder engagement to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions
• Contributing to continuous process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and effectiveness in data management

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor''s degree
• At least 1 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Biology/Biomedical Sciences, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Financial Mathematics/Quantitative Finance, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Project/Technology Management, Risk Management/Insurance, Science
• Utilizing Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools (BIRT) for data-driven insights
• Developing data visualization skills with tools like QlikView and Spotfire
• Applying Python programming for data analysis and interpretation
• Engaging in stakeholder management and competitive advantage strategies
• Demonstrating intellectual curiosity and adaptability in fast-paced environments

The salary range for this position is: $61,000 - $100,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual''s skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
