    Summary

    The Managed Services / Bus Apps Operations Lead is responsible for leading end-to-end delivery, strategy, and optimization of various Business Applications across Commercial, Quality, R&D, and Corporate domains within the life sciences industry. This role combines technical architecture expertise, client engagement leadership, and managed services delivery to support emerging biopharma and mid-sized pharmaceutical organizations.

    Responsibilities

    • Veeva Vault Strategy & Architecture: Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of Veeva Vault applications including PromoMats, MedComms, CRM, QualityDocs, and more.
    • Corporate/Enabling Functions Domain Expertise: Provide expertise for core Corporate platforms supporting functions such as Legal, Finance, and Training.
    • Client Engagement & Delivery Leadership: Manage a portfolio of life sciences clients, serve as a trusted advisor, and lead cross-functional delivery teams.
    • Managed Services & Operations: Oversee managed services delivery, optimize internal processes, and ensure system performance and continuous improvement.
    • Business Development & SOW Management: Partner with leadership to scope new opportunities, estimate project budgets, and support client expansion.
    • Compliance, Validation & GxP: Ensure implementations adhere to GxP standards and maintain audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
    • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and mentor teams, manage performance evaluations, and foster a collaborative delivery culture.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences, or related field.
    • 8 years of experience in life sciences consulting, business analysis, or Veeva Vault implementation.
    • Deep expertise across the Veeva Vault ecosystem and strong understanding of GxP validation.
    • Proven experience leading cross-functional and global delivery teams.
    • Preferred: Veeva Vault System Administrator Certification, experience with Agile tools and enterprise platforms, and exposure to AI use cases in life sciences.
