Managed Service Delivery Project Manager
Description -
The Project Manager (PM) for Managed Service Delivery (MSD) applies advanced subject‑matter expertise to lead highly complex, multi-tower transitions and deployments across Managed Print Services (MPS). This role ensures seamless planning, execution, and governance of customer programs leveraging HP's enterprise methodologies, service frameworks, and operational best practices.
HP delivers end-to-end solutions across the full MSD lifecycle-Define, Design, Deploy, Monitor, Manage, and Support phases-ensuring proactive experiences, optimized environments, and measurable business outcomes.
PMs are regarded as organizational leaders who frequently shape new ideas, influence process improvements, and represent HP to senior customer stakeholders. Their primary responsibility is leading the Deploy phase of the MSD lifecycle, ensuring that all aspects of deployment are executed seamlessly and in alignment with HP's methodologies. They apply independent judgment within broadly defined policies to resolve complex issues involving technical, operational, financial, and organizational elements.
Job Summary
The PM leads the end‑to‑end deployment and transition of managed print environments, ensuring alignment to contractual scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations. They act as the primary customer-facing leader during implementation and drive coordination across all functions to achieve contractual outcomes.
The PM applies advanced project management expertise, drives strategic alignment, and ensures accountability across HP and customer organizations.

Compensation and Benefits
The pay range for this role is $77, 500 to $104, 823 USD annually with additional
opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United
States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related
knowledge, skills, and experience.
