[Responsibilities]
- Assess eligibility for care programs for individuals and families
- Coordinate and communicate schedules with internal and external clients
- Conduct client interviews, gather information, and compile case data for attorney recommendations
- Manage casework efficiently, ensuring timely documentation and case resolution
- Perform legal research, analyze legal documents, and draft legal materials
- Maintain accurate records and extract information from multiple databases
- Actively participate in workgroup meetings and team discussions
- Support leadership with special projects and tasks as needed
[Required Skills and Experience]
- Bachelor's or Associate degree required
- 4-6 years' experience with critical thinking, problem-solving, and effective communication
- Proven proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Strong time management, note-taking, and email organization skills
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- High attention to detail
