Position Overview
Join an established outpatient women’s breast center in Fort Myers, Florida as a Mammography Technologist. We are currently hiring for 2 full-time and 1 part-time positions.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Mammography Technologist or a new graduate looking to build their career in a supportive outpatient environment. Candidates with experience in breast biopsy, stereotactic procedures, and SAVI are highly desired, although new graduates are welcome to apply.
Compensation & Incentives
- Pay Range: $31.90–$53.60 per hour
- $10,000 sign-on bonus
- $2,500 relocation assistance
- $1,800 housing stipend for the first three months

Clinical Responsibilities
- Perform screening and diagnostic mammography examinations
- Provide high-quality imaging while maintaining patient comfort and safety
- Assist with breast imaging procedures as applicable
- Perform or assist with breast biopsy and stereotactic procedures, based on experience and training
- Support SAVI procedures, as applicable
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and imaging records
- Follow established imaging protocols and quality standards
- Collaborate with radiologists and other members of the clinical team
- Communicate effectively with patients throughout the imaging process
- Maintain compliance with applicable regulatory and safety standards
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program
- ARRT certification in Mammography or eligibility as applicable
- Appropriate Florida licensure/certification
- Mammography experience preferred
- New graduates welcome
- Breast biopsy, stereotactic, and SAVI experience preferred
- Strong patient-care and communication skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality breast imaging services
