Are you dependable, compassionate, and looking for meaningful part-time work? We are currently seeking a Male Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support a younger gentleman in the Columbia County area. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference while building a positive connection and supporting independence in the community and home setting.

Schedule

Thursday – Saturday
4:30 PM – 8:30 PM

What We Offer

Starting pay of $22.50/hour
$200 Sign-On Bonus after 90 days
Paid onboarding & training upon completion

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct support and companionship
  • Assist with daily living activities and community participation
  • Encourage independence and positive engagement
  • Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment

Qualifications

  • Reliable transportation
  • Compassionate, patient, and dependable
  • Ability to pass required background checks
  • Experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
