Responsibilities

• Complete make‑ready tasks for vacant units
• Perform basic repairs: painting, patching, cleaning, minor carpentry
• Assist with appliance checks and simple maintenance needs
• Ensure units meet community quality standards before move‑ins
• Maintain clean and organized work areas

Requirements

• Previous make‑ready or apartment maintenance experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
