TURN THE UNIT. RAISE THE STANDARD. MOVE RESIDENTS IN FASTER.
At VPG, our Make-Ready Technicians turn vacant units into move-in-ready homes. We're looking for a skilled, hands-on tradesperson who can deliver quality sheetrock repair, painting, flooring, and carpentry work — efficiently, safely, and on schedule.
You'll manage your own work orders, communicate closely with property managers, and take pride in the details that make a unit feel ready for its next resident. This is a role for someone who works with speed and precision, and who understands that every turned unit supports resident satisfaction and property performance.
If you're skilled with your hands, take ownership of your work, and want to help us hit our turn-time goals, let's talk.
