What Youll Do

• Prepare apartment homes for new resident move-ins
• Complete painting, drywall, carpentry, and general repair work
• Address basic plumbing and electrical repairs
• Ensure every apartment is move-in ready and meets quality standards
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming community
• Support fellow team members to deliver an exceptional resident experience

What We Need From You

• Previous maintenance, construction, make ready, or related experience preferred
• Knowledge of painting, drywall, plumbing, and basic electrical work
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Positive, team-first attitude with a customer service mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
