BG Staffing is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Make Ready Technician to support an apartment community in Matthews, NC (28105). This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in preparing units for new residents and ensuring the community maintains a clean, welcoming appearance.

Position Details

• Role: Make Ready Technician

• Schedule: MondayFriday, 8 AM5 PM

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant units for new move-ins

• Perform basic repairs, including:

• Touch-up painting

• Minor plumbing fixes

• Light electrical tasks

• Drywall patching

• Clean and detail units to move-in ready standards

• Assist maintenance team with work orders as needed

• Maintain cleanliness of common areas and community spaces

• Report any major repair needs to maintenance leadership

Requirements

• Previous make-ready or apartment maintenance experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of general repairs and cleaning standards
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to work independently and stay productive
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
