As a Make Ready Technician, every unit you turn becomes a home where someone unpacks their life, where families grow, and where pets get their favorite spot by the window.

We are looking for a hands-on technician who takes real pride in the details, treats every resident and teammate with respect, and does the job right even when no one is watching. Compensation and Benefits

• $20.00-$25.00 per hour
• Morgan Essentials: $300 quarterly
• On-Call Appreciation: $15 per day for holding the on-call phone
• Up to 50% rent discount at Morgan Properties communities

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Participation in the on-call rotation

What We Need From You?

• Experience with apartment turns, make ready work, maintenance, construction, or related trades
• Working knowledge of painting, drywall, carpentry, basic plumbing, and basic electrical repairs
• Appliance repair experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and keep turns moving in a high-volume community
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• A positive, team-first attitude and a "whatever it takes" mindset

If you are hired at Morgan Properties, your overall compensation package will also be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
