A Bit About You
- Prefer at least one year of basic maintenance and/or general labor experience
- Ability to perform all aspects of preparing an apartment for rent ready
- Have an eye for detail to ensure each apartment is presentable for new residents
- Perform light maintenance
- Ability to consistently display a positive attitude
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills-will communicate with residents, management, vendors and contractors
A Bit About the Role
- Final prep and small repairs of luxury apartments
- Drywall repair
- Paint touch-up
- Door and lock changes
- Light plumbing and electrical
- Other duties as assigned
