Pay: $21/hr | Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM

BG Staffing is seeking a dependable Apartment Maintenance Technician to support an apartment community in Charleston, SC (29407). This role is ideal for someone who can handle day‑to‑day maintenance needs and deliver excellent service to residents.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and general repairs
• Assist with unit turns and make‑readies
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, appliance, and carpentry tasks
• Maintain grounds and common areas
• Support the maintenance team with additional tasks as needed

Requirements

• Apartment maintenance experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
