BG Staffing is seeking an experienced Make Ready Technician to support an apartment community in Weatherford, TX 76086. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in preparing apartment homes for new residents, works efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and can complete quality work with minimal supervision.

Position Details

• Role: Make Ready Technician
• Location: Weatherford, TX 76086

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Complete apartment turns and make-ready tasks in a timely manner
• Prepare units for move-ins through repairs, cleaning coordination, and touch-ups
• Perform basic electrical, plumbing, drywall, and carpentry repairs
• Install and replace fixtures, hardware, and apartment components
• Troubleshoot appliances and complete minor repairs
• Maintain safe work practices and proper tool usage
• Communicate progress and unit status with onsite management and maintenance staff
• Ensure apartments meet company quality standards before move-in

Requirements

• Previous Make Ready or Apartment Maintenance experience required
• Strong knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance troubleshooting
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Must have own basic tools
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and prolonged standing
