Make Ready Maintenance Supervisor

The Kamson Corporation, a Premier Property Management Company is seeking a seasoned, highly motivated and customer service driven Maintenance Supervisor for our apartment community located in Maple Shade, NJ. APARTMENT MAY BE INCLUDED WITH POSITION

Requirements:

1. 2 years of apartment maintenance experience
2. Reliable transportation
3. Valid Driver’s License
4. Independent leader/manager
5. Strong communication skills
6. Solid experienced with training staff
7. Must be organized and detail oriented
8. Customer service skills
9. Team player mentality
10. Must be skilled at basic carpentry, sheet rocking, tiling, painting, light plumbing, and electrical
11. HVAC certification a plus
12. Microsoft Office familiarity
13. Snow plow experience desired

Responsibilities:

1. Managing a team of Apartment Make-Ready team
2. Organizing/prioritizing and coordinating with Leasing and Contractors to meet move in deadlines
3. Supervising/participating in all aspects of the preventative maintenance program, all snow removal efforts
