The Major Gifts Specialist is responsible for managing a portfolio of 75-125 major gift prospects and donors while systematically advancing individuals through the donor cultivation cycle to secure philanthropic investments of $10,000 and above in support of Mosaic Life Care. The Major Gifts Specialist is accountable for achieving established activity, solicitation and revenue goals through strategic relationship-building, personalized donor engagement and effective portfolio management. This position develops strong, collaborative relationships with organizational leadership, department directors, managers, clinicians and affiliated physicians to identify philanthropic opportunities, engage donors and align fundraising efforts with institutional priorities.
