Major Account Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Major Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with our most strategic and high-value clients. This individual will be responsible for understanding customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while maximizing revenue growth for the company. The Major Account Manager will serve as the main point of contact between the company and its Major accounts and will work closely with cross-functional teams to meet and exceed client expectations.

Qualifications:
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Related experience may be considered as a substitute for formal educational requirements.
Experience:
Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development, with a demonstrated ability to manage high-value clients.
Previous experience as a Major Account Manager or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
Highly organized with strong time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Other:
Strong business acumen and the ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Ability to travel as required to meet with clients or attend industry events.
