MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN / PLUMBER

Job Description Qualifications:
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Have a minimum of three years of experience in plumbing work; experience in a school district is preferred.
- Knowledge and repair capabilities of minor electrical and HVAC systems preferred.
- Have basic proficiency in computer skills needed to support responsibilities of position, including but not limited to email, work orders, and material ordering information.
- Install, repair, and/or maintain gas, water, and waste disposal pipes.
- Troubleshoot malfunctions and make emergency and permanent repairs to facility infrastructure.
- Keep accurate records.
- Perform any duties and responsibilities that are within the scope of employment, as assigned by the Supervisor of Buildings, Grounds, and Operations.
