Part-time Maintenance Worker
Must have general knowledge of building maintenance and repair. HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing experience and working with large animals a plus. Must be able to work in a climate-controlled community with seniors, as well as outdoors when maintenance needs are required.
Pay Rate Base $13.00 to $15.00 an hour depending on experience.
Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
Weekends and holidays as needed.
