Pay: $ 22- $30per hour based on experience

What you will do: As the Maintenance Worker performs work orders such as general building maintenance, changing light bulbs, minor electrical repairs, repairing drywall, painting, sheetrock, adjusting locks and hardware, minor plumbing repairs, unplugging drains, re-lighting, maintaining smoke detectors and emergency lights, grounds maintenance, etc. Maintains the vehicle fleet. Completes required reports and documentation in a timely manner.

To be considered you should:  Possess a high school diploma. Prior building maintenance experience preferred. Must possess a valid state driver’s license and have an acceptable driving record for the past (3) years. Ability to pass a criminal background clearance check, drug screen, physical and TB test. Be able to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry. Ability to prepare written reports and correspondence. Must have excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work at least 40 hours per week and designated schedule with the possibility of a varied schedule and overtime.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 08:00AM to 5:00 PM
