Maintenance Technician - Heber Springs, AR
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hourPenmac Staffing is hiring a Maintenance Technician for a manufacturing facility in Heber Springs, Arkansas. This is an excellent opportunity for mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy troubleshooting equipment, performing repairs, and helping keep production operations running efficiently. Requirements for the Maintenance Technician
- Previous industrial maintenance, manufacturing maintenance, or related mechanical experience preferred
- Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair production equipment
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance testing equipment
- Ability to read basic diagrams, manuals, and work instructions
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds as needed
- Must be willing to submit to required pre-employment screenings
Maintenance Technician Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and production equipment
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime
- Inspect equipment and identify potential maintenance concerns before failures occur
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and repair documentation
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and facility maintenance projects as needed
Pay and Benefits
