Maintenance Technicians to join a well established manufacturing company in Richland County, Ohio!
We have multiple openings across ALL shifts and are looking for individuals with experience in industrial maintenance, mechanical troubleshooting, electrical systems, hydraulics, and preventative maintenance.

What You'll Be Doing- Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment and machinery
- Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and keep equipment operating efficiently
- Maintain and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems
- Troubleshoot motors, pumps, conveyors, and other production equipment
- Read and interpret equipment diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation
- Assist with electrical controls, PLCs, and control panels as experience allows
- Maintain maintenance records and assist with identifying parts and equipment needs
- Work closely with production and maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues
What We're Looking For- Previous industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
- Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, pumps, and related equipment
- Ability to read and understand mechanical and/or electrical schematics
- Experience performing preventative maintenance and equipment repairs
- Electrical troubleshooting, PLC knowledge, and control panel experience are highly desirable for advanced maintenance opportunities
- Ability to work independently, prioritize repairs, and troubleshoot equipment issues
- Willingness to work overtime, including Saturdays, as needed
