Perform scheduled, preventive, and emergency maintenance on production equipmentTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsSupport utility systems and production support equipmentDiagnose equipment failures and implement corrective actionsPerform equipment adjustments and repairs to minimize downtimeCommunicate equipment concerns and repair status with production and maintenance teams

Electrical & PLC Troubleshooting

Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and automation systemsDiagnose issues involving AC/DC drives and electrical controlsRead and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, manuals, and technical documentationSupport continuous operation of automated manufacturing equipment

Preventive Maintenance & Documentation

Perform preventive maintenance activities according to established schedulesDocument maintenance activities in the CMMS/work order systemTrack equipment performance and maintenance historyMaintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and completed work ordersMonitor and report replacement part usage and inventory levels

Safety & Continuous Improvement

Follow all OSHA, company safety, MSS, and SOP requirementsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentSupport sanitation and housekeeping standardsIdentify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and production efficiencyParticipate in continuous improvement initiativesPromote a strong safety-first culture

What We're Looking For
