Maintenance Technician
1st Shift | 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Pay: Open
Location: Wixom, MI
ResourceMFG is currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for a growing facility in Wixom. This is a great opportunity for candidates with industrial maintenance experience who enjoy troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Diagnose equipment issues and complete repairs in a timely manner
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently
- Maintain maintenance logs and documentation
- Support production teams by minimizing equipment downtime
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications:
- Previous industrial maintenance experience required
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, motors, and production equipment preferred
- Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
