    HiFyve is hiring a Maintenance Technician!


    Starting Pay: $28-38/hour (depending on experience)

    Shift: Full-Time | 2nd (2pm - 10pm) | 3rd Shift (10pm - 6am)

    Location: Jefferson County, WI


    Job Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair manufacturing machinery and production equipment
    • Read and interpret maintenance manuals, electrical schematics, parts lists, and technical documentation
    • Perform routine inspections of machines and equipment to ensure proper operation and efficiency
    • Complete scheduled preventative maintenance activities according to established procedures
    • Perform mechanical repairs, equipment installations, and general maintenance as needed
    • Operate welding and cutting equipment to repair, modify, or fabricate metal components
    • Repair and maintain the facility, including interior and exterior structures
    • Assist with maintaining clean, organized, and safe maintenance and production areas
    • Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and all applicable safety requirements
    • Identify potential equipment issues and recommend repairs or improvements to reduce downtime
    • Maintain compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and maintenance standards
    • Support additional maintenance and facility projects as assigned


    Education Requirements:

    • High school diploma or GED required
    • Technical or vocational training in industrial maintenance, electrical, mechanical systems, or a related field preferred


    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Minimum 3 years of comprehensiveindustrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
    • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
    • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, maintenance manuals, and parts diagrams
    • Experience with preventative maintenance programs and scheduled PMs
    • Welding and cutting torch experience preferred
    • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
    • Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout and general industrial safety practices
    • Ability to work independently and prioritize maintenance needs
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills
    • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and perform physically demanding maintenance tasks as needed
