Position Summary:
Work 36 Hours. Get Paid for 40. Enjoy 4 Days Off Every Week.
We are seeking experienced multi-craft Maintenance Technicians, Electricians, and Machinists to join our Weekend Night Shift team. In this role, you will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, mechanical, and automated production equipment to support safe, reliable, and efficient operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
Schedule: Saturday, Sunday & Monday
Hours: 4:00 PM - 4:30 AM
Work 36 hours per week
Paid as if you worked 40 hours
Four days off every week
How You'll Impact Results:
Your Qualifications That Will Ensure Success:
o High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
o Experience in a manufacturing environment required (food / beverage / FMCG manufacturing a plus)
o Prior experience as a Maintenance Technician, Industrial Electrician, Millwright, Fabricator, Machinist, Mechanic, or other technical roles are preferred.
o Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing environment.
o Experience working with industrial equipment such as motors, drives, conveyors, gearboxes, pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, and automated production equipment.
o Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation to diagnose and repair equipment issues.
o Working knowledge of PLC-controlled equipment, industrial electrical systems, preventive maintenance, and safe work practices, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
o Ability to conduct thorough root cause analysis, identify underlying equipment issues, and implement effective corrective actions to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
o Strong communication and organization skills with the ability to work independently and support production operations.
o Physical Requirements:
§ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work at varying heights.
§ Ability to work in hot, cold, and other manufacturing plant conditions.
§ Manual dexterity and physical mobility to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment throughout the facility.
§ Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach for extended periods of time.
§ Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime, weekends, and emergency call-ins as needed.
