Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians for projects located in or around Warren, OH . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $27-$29/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
+ Perform general maintenance work throughout the facility
+ Replace and install ceiling lights
+ Switch cover plates, including converting duplex to single and installing GFCI outlets
+ Perform hot and cold water system work including draining systems and replacing faucets
+ Complete electrical work including converting fire systems from wired to wireless
+ Patch holes and perform drywall repairs or replacements
+ Replace doors as needed
+ Support overall site maintenance and repair needs
Requirements:
+ Must have experience performing general maintenance including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks
+ Must have basic PPE and hand tools
+ Must be able to perform drywall patching and light repair work
+ Must be reliable and able to start on scheduled date
+ Must be safety-conscious and able to follow site procedures
+ Must be able to work under direction of site contact as needed
