What You Will Do

• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production equipment, including mixers, grinders, pellet mills, conveyors, and packaging lines
• Diagnose mechanical and basic electrical issues and implement timely solutions 
• Assist with equipment setup, changeovers, and production start-ups
• Support automated systems and help troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment
• Maintain facility systems such as dust collection, pressure vessels, and utilities
• Ensure safe operation of lifting equipment, including cranes and vacuum lifters
• Identify opportunities to improve equipment performance
• Keep accurate maintenance logs and documentation

What Is Needed

• 2–5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Basic electrical knowledge (motors, sensors, wiring)
• Experience working with conveyors, pumps, or processing equipment
• Ability to read schematics, manuals, and technical documents
• Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts as needed

 Preferred:

• Experience in chemical, plastics, or batch processing environments
• Familiarity with PLCs and automated systems
• Experience with packaging lines or form/fill/seal equipment
• Welding or fabrication experience

 Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, bend, and work in an industrial environment
• Comfortable working at heights or in confined spaces
